I got to see Manuel and two other lifters from oceania weightlifting when they trained at our gym last year on the way to the worlds (where Manuel won silver)

The most astonishing thing about them was their SPEED. They made everyone else in the gym (even our national level lifters) look slow and they made me look like i was doing snatches with a slow burn (tm) tempo.

Default most inspiring

I think this is the most inspiring lifting I have ever seen! I especially love his sound effects!!! My new O-lifting hero, after Sage B, of course.
