Default Clean & Jerk Feedback

I'm looking for some feedback on my clean & jerk. I was going ask you to focus on a particular aspect but I thought I would just leave it open for interpretation - I'm sure you'll be able to see the issue that's stressing me out.

If you want to focus on one thing, I would choose your jerk dip/drive. You heave the bar up, then drop out from under it on the dip so it bounces on your shoulders, then you shift forward as you drive it.

I would try turning your toes in a bit in your drive position first. Then make sure your knees are unlocked and you have tension on your quads before you start your dip. Dip smoothly, completely on your heels - you may even feel like you're leaning backward. Quick transition at the bottom and drive through the heels all the way up before you split.
