I was concentrating to improve my technique for a few weeks now. this is like 13kg less that what I have C&J'ed. After the jerk, my weight was a forward in the split position and more so in the 2nd rep. that much i cud figure out. these were without weight lifting shoes.. now that I've a pair I look fwd to a better split position.
Please critique everything that is to be.. first pull, second pull, are my hips straightening to quickly, pull position, bar height, speed getting under too slow, catching the bar too high, jerk technique, speed of the jerk.. everything that is possible..
