Hey guys, I seen this cool move in the paper today, so I had to scan it and show it to you - I didn't think I could describe it well. They call it a
"powerclean". Looks like it would really work your muscles good! Do any of you do these? I was thinking of trying some but didn't want to take any chances before I got the go ahead (I don't want to look funny in the gym doing crazy exercises after all).
