Lately I've been seeing some folks recommend "SCENAR" type therapies for overall wellness and recuperation from exercise and soft tissue and connective tissue damage.

Garrett, I know this is probably something you've seen, but after reading a blurb on Yuri Verkhoshansky's forum, it was my first exposure. I found it interesting, but, as always, am a bit of a skeptic.

I have been using it for approximately 4-5 months. In certain cases, in my experience, it has proven to be remarkable; most notably with respect to its capacity to accelerate the healing process of soft tissue/connective tissue traumas.

Sounds very promising...especially considering I'm already using low intensity ("cold") lasers to do something very similar already...

I'll have to learn more about it.
