3 scrambled eggs with about a cup of cooked/shredded chicken (from chicken stock), a small avocado and a chunk of raw cheese (warmed but not cooked.) A smidgen of then-raw milk and butter used in cooking. Rating: Mmm, chicken... avocado!! Mmm...

Emergency ostrich/beef stick (thanks John, this was a life saver)
A cup of half-and-half from the fridge at work
Coffee
Once again the company cafeteria is experiencing 'water supply problems.'
Rating: Yeah right, my left nut. Me thinks the aforementioned rat and roach infestation is much worse-than-expected.

2 cups raw milk, half a bag of frozen cherries, BerryGreens, hemp fiber and protein powder, coconut oil, fish oil, cacao nibs, vit. C, butter oil. Rating: The higher the milk/berry proportion is to the other crap, the better it tastes. I think I got it just right.

Are you blending fish oil in that (otherwise tasty sounding) concoction (as opposed to swallowing a mouthful of caps)?

It is Coromega. It is super yummy. It tastes like orange pudding with a hint of chocolate. Even better than cinnamon tingle cod liver oil. I thought it'd be good to switch to fish oil for the summer.

Ah, ok. I will look into this Coromega.
I once made the mistake of absentmindedly biting down on a fishcap in my mouth. The result was the opposite of pleasant.

They will send you a free sample. That's how I got hooked.
I am such a fish oil snob. I don't even like Carlson's CLO, only Green Pastures.

The free sample takes a while to get to you but it's very tasty!
