squat technique videos
Excellent thread at P&B. The guys videos are very helpful. Ignore any cursing or moronic behavior of the other posters. Don't want to offend the
faint of heart:

Great videos, I've only watched 1,2,3, and 5 so far but this is definitely a reference item, tell that guy thanks!

Jay,
Shows you how much I pay attention. I don't know the guy's real name, but
I'm going to have him do a GetUp article and try and tie the videos togther.
Just was passing on a solid source. Way too much crap out there by all the "experts". Imagine trashing the trap bar.
Dan is my younger brother. I feel the shame.

Gary,
His name's Boris Bachmann.
I still consider myself very much clueless about this whole lifting weights stuff, so getting solid information from reputable sources is always appreciated.

Ah, that really is his name. We have so many strange and interesting tags over there, that I'm never really sure. Already been in touch with him, and now that Dan's and my main competitions are over, time to crank up GetUp.
Hope the server problems stay cured.
