Heavy one arm KB jerks...
These are the mythical 200lbs KB jerks about which Steve Cotter reported in his blog a while ago. I think he presses the KB out on two or three reps but it is still extremely impressive.
The guy definitely doesn't have the look of power though...

He tends to press out his jerks often...there's another video on that list where he jerks 2 x 110# KBs for 10 reps, pressing out every one.
Are press outs against the rules in GS? Since it's such a high rep competition, I'd assume not...

Those are 'overweight' training drills. I'd have to check on the rules, but pressing it out is harder than jerking it. The rule is, "If you can press it once, you can jerk it 1000 times".
I mean, it is a 200lb one arm jerk and 10 jerks with 110lbers. This gym has some strong guys. Note the arm wrestling bench in the background.

Did you notice that he wears flip-flops during this little excercise? Makes it all the more impressive. BTW my comment was not really meant as critic. I am hardly in the position for that. I am wondering how his training may look like. He sure doesn't look like it.

The flip-flops seem almost as silly as Sherk's HR monitor. Two strong guys that just don't know how to accessorize...

I'm seeing a tad press out, but not as bad as I've seen in some of the competitions.
What you can't see in the first video is his knees. The rule is the arm lockouts and then the knees should lockout.
If you watch his arms, they pretty much stay in the same position after the 1st dip. He uses the 2nd knee dip to stand up with the weight. Of course, this is slower and I think it makes it look more like a press out. His "lockout" also looks like Valery's in that his arm isn't straight.
Obvious press outs would be a no-count in a competition if judged strictly.
