BTW, the smaller the block you use (adjusted to rings height) the harder the exercises will be AND the better it stimulates the actual cross position.

Keep that in mind.

Nice routine. This morning my son and I were working out and he told me I want to do an iron cross. I said funny that you say that I know where there is a tutorial.

We used the technique you described where I supported him while he dropped down into a cross. Lots of fun.

The short report is my routine work is stalled due to not being able to hang my rings high enough.
I'm doing the crosspulls with feet on chair, and that is almost as hard as parts of me when walking the beaches of Barcelona. Sorry.
