Todays dinner:
420 g fresh herring fillets from the fishmonger breded/coated in a little organic eggs and smashed walnuts. Served with citrus. And a salad with grated beetroot, red borecole, grated carrots, grated cabbage, citrus and organic flax- and olive oil.

Todays breakfast:
A quick breakfast since I was up early to train at Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences (Copenhagen University) with some friends who study there - on an empty stomach. Robe climping, "band sprints", ring dips etc.. really good.
This was eaten after I got home, first meal in the day:
Fresh herring fillets with pepper, bog-rosemary, sesame and citrus. And a quick salad with tomatoes, greens and capsicum.

Thanks man, I'll ask around at some of the local butchershops.

I'm travelling at the moment (over in North Carolina for the Crossfit Certification), but keep eating healthy. Here is my lunch...a salad with all kinds of good greens, fruits, salmon, walnuts etc.
