I know carb timing and manipulation is big...but what about protein timing?
What are the most important times for protein (whether it be food, whey or BCAA) would you rate from most important to least:
- Post Workout (30-60min)
- Pre Workout (30 min prior)
- First thing AM (waking up)
- Before Bed (to keep muscle catabolism at a min during sleep)
- Middle of the Night (I know the bodybuilding world loves that one)
