Default Health Nose Nexus

Dr. McCleary posted a very interesting article about health, the nose brain, and insulin. Follow the safe link:

Taken a step further, his thoughts add more support to following the Paleo/low carb/IF lifestyle. Thoughts?

That is the key to long term health IMO.....where the body malfunctions...nose...brain...joints...etc....is up to it....but it all comes back to a simple equation...create an environment of cellular repair and regeneration greater than cellular destruction....and you will have health. Paleo...low carb (which is really a broad catagory as insulin resistance is really the key issue so some people may handle higher levels than others)...IF...all promote cell repair and re-growth.
