Just a lot of instant coffee (a.k.a. Satan's urine) from the machine at work for the past 2 days. F*cking Flavia machine...I wish I could quit you.

Rating: Not enough food. So what I'm getting over a sick. So what? To quote a budding bastardo, "I don't know if I've ever heard of someone saying "I became a fat bastard" after coming back from a flu or some other comparable illness."

Big effin' pork chop.
Half of a smaller pork chop (ate the other half last night).

Spoonfuls of wheat germ oil, fishoil... an emergenC and fiber shake.
