Hey guys, new poster as from today.
A little about myself. I live in manchester, UK and have been a crossfitter since March 2006. I now follow the cathletics WOD about twice a week (posting on cathletics.com as mrbourgot) and crossfit or train mma the rest of the time, with a coach rippetoe based strength day on a sunday.
I follow the zone loosely and am mainly but not entirely paleo in my food choices. (I like cheese
) Started IF three weeks ago with a 17 hrs fast a couple times a week, which I will do on a day off work (I work shifts and can't go without food when short of sleep) but will introduce to late shifts when I feel ready.
Not got a whole load to contribute to nutrition discussion but will likely post my training on here
