Deli chicken, berries, that stuff.

Rating: why can't they get their butts in gear and get the avocado/guac out by breakfast time?

A NY strip steak (overcooked)
The most charismatic avocado I've ever met

Rating: I'd like to grab a slice of the lucrative post-workout recovery drink market. Unlike those other concoctions, MY proposed formula will be unstoppable (hint: think low-sodium, grassfed Black Angus bull semen with organic vanilla extract).

4 sunny-side up omega-3 eggs
2 cups lettuce
1 can salmon

Rating: I finally got to use the food processor I received for Christmas last night. It's amazing how fast 4 ounces of cashews go down when it's in butter form.
