Default pottassium chloride

What do you think about supplementing with a little pottassium chloride if you have a weak day on the fruit and veggies or maybe too much salt.I just read an article in a Bottom Line publication where some doctor recommended 1/4 tsp/day.

I personally wouldn't use KCl, and that may be solely associated with the fact it is the main ingredient in lethal injection.

If you'd like to get some potassium while alkalizing the body, I believe potassium bicarbonate would be a better choice.
