Default Dietary Cure for Acne

Just received the following from Wiley Long. Buy the ebook if you have not, good stuff!
Dear Robb,

I wanted to give you an update on the emerging story about diet and acne.

The diet-acne clinical trial referenced in The Dietary Cure for Acne is being presented at a European dermatology conference in Greece today. The study, conducted by Dr. Neil Mann of the RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, took 50 young males with acne and randomly assigned half to eat a diet high in processed foods and refined grain products. The other at a diet with lower GI foods.

"The acne of the boys on the higher protein-low GI diet improved dramatically, by more than half," said Dr. Mann. You can read the article here:
http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599...-29277,00.html or http://www.theage.com.au/news/Nation...641420053.html.

The diet in the study was based in part on Dr. Cordain's advice. However, there were some key differences (described in the book) between what the participants ate and what is recommended in The Dietary Cure for Acne. Once these changes are made, future studies should show even more dramatic results.

"We're convinced the results show that if people do suffer from acne badly this sort of dietary change is going to help them a great deal," said Dr. Mann.

The study is currently being reviewed, and will likely be published sometime in the next few months. I'll keep you posted.

You can learn all about how diet can permanently eliminate acne by reading The Dietary Cure for Acne. Download the book right now for only $19.95 at www.DietaryAcneCure.com.
