Here are my takes on those points:
1. Absolutely! I've always had really flat feet and that has always been a problem with running (I do it because the Army makes me...not because I enjoy it).
About 2 years ago I made the switch to wrestling shoes while training but I was still wearing the heavy motion control shoes + corrective inserts and I was still having problems with running. Last christmas I got my first pair of Nike Frees, wow is running in those an entirely different experience! I have been trying to explain the benefits to people who still train/run in regular running shoes.
The only things I don't like about the free's is that if I wear them when it rains my feet get soaked and the fact that my wife hates the way they look (which means I can't wear them everywhere I want to, maybe when you get a wife you'll get that part).

4. I'd have to give this a try, to see what he means here. I know he's touched on the subject before in previous articles.
5. AC & Lou Schuler have a lot of single leg movements in his book New Rules of Lifting, I never realized my unilateral leg strength was so crappy until I tried my first set of Bulgarian split squats. Thanks AC!
6. Great advice! I guess I should stop feeling so bad when I bug guys like Robb, Greg, Mike, Dan, Steve...etc with questions.
7. His articles are what turned me onto foam rolling and SMR to begin with with. Great stuff in a masochistic sort fo way.
9. I've been incorporating these at least once a week maybe I'll get a little more diligent with them.
10. Ha...
13. Dan John is great, I can't say enough good stuff about him, I've only met him once, and interacted with him online a bit but he is awesome and has been lifting/coaching longer than I've been alive. He really does "get it."
I was definitely gym obsessed when I was younger, though I still enjoy it now I try not to let it get in the way of life.
