I honestly have no idea what I do, but I am starting to understand what Greg and you have written. I hope to snatch today and I'll video it. I'm a complete work in progress.
To me, I seriously considering changing my grip in the snatch to the more comfortable OHS grip I use. It's more narrow; which means I pull the bar higher; but I only power snatch anyway for fear of getting under the bar (I gotta get over that).
