Default calcium magnesium zinc

Anybody know of a good calcium magnesium and zinc supliment?

doesn't calcium inhibit the absorption of magnesium?

I think they should be taken separately.

It is my understanding that calcium and magnesium, like many minerals, have a reciprocal relationship; whether it is positive or negative often depends on the ratios involved.

Regarding that specific supplement, I have never personally tried it, although I have usually found the Jarrow product line to be pretty solid.
