OHS vs FS and squatting everyday
Anybody elses Overhead squat close in comparison to their Front squat?About 2 months ago I did 253(110kg) on OHS for a double. Best Front squat is about 285-95. Best C&J is 112.5 kg, best snatch 92.5. Thing is I don't train the OHS more than the front squat but I definitely like it more. Going to start squatting everyday (5x2 lots of rest in between), back squat mainly to just try and get stronger and hopefully have some carry over to get the lifts going up. Technique is not my limiting factor, IMO.
