Default Wait a minute

For a long time now, whenever WOD's say to do snatches or cleans, i've always landed in the bottom of the squat. when most WOD's say clean or snatch, is this what they are implying? i assumed you would not land in a squat ONLY if it specifically stated power.

Yea, generally when a clean or snatch is not specified as a "power" version, the full movement is implied.

Yes, the only two exceptions to this that I can think of off the top of my head are "Grace" and "Isabell." These are what Coach calls "anyhow" workout where the only objective is to get the weight overhead in either one movement or two.
