Gen-Yers live out their idiocy in the public domain.

I can't hear that music without expecting GOB to do one of his tricks. I mean illusions. (Tricks are what a whore does for money.)

Yeah... someone needs to make that video disappear. Forever.

It's pretty funny. I like it. But yes, it should be deleted.

I youtube my top sets for coaching cues for whoever will comment; plus, my coach, Randy Hauer, lives 8 hours away. So I rarely get one on one coaching.

Though not as .......welll.....bad as that one, there's a few of my youtubed things I should have deleted. Like falling over backwards doing squat cleans. Some of my facial expressions and expletives when I'm doing my lumberjack met-con. etc. Keeps me honest.

All the best,
Arden

That hurt my lower back watching that.

I'm guessing his high school football coach told him it was alright to squat without a rack.

Pretty impressive that he could actually move around with the weight on his back as much as he did, but not get out of the hole.

Is it just me, or was he squatting in just boxers? That's just a terrible idea. Post-Mass Gain, I've had several full on explosions of said garment.

Being too huge for your clothes is a good feeling.
