Programming in Greg Everett's Book for back/abs
In the book template programs there are no back erector or abdominal exercises. Would you add those in at the end of each session for an actual trainee? And would you try to progress on those increasing the weight each time?
I think that it would be more beneficial to limit these types of exercises to sets of 5-10 reps. But the goal is to have the ability to lock these muscles in rigid isometric extension or at least hold them isometrically, so maybe you train these differently?
