I loved it. Ido is flowing so nicely from all the different moves. The move where he bridges and rolls over and he keeps moving was beautiful.

Nice video! Certainly skillful (and very impressive to my untrained eye)
I'm having a hell of a time finding good information about stall bars (I say this because I see them in the background). I built some at my place, but they largely go unused, hah!

Man, that is some beautiful movement. Love the flow.
Reminds me that I've been neglecting my gymnastics recently. Time to crack out the paralettes again and spend some serious time on my hands...
The man has skills, that's for sure.
