Gant, I can only guess the elliptical machine area with all the TVs will be awesome...

I just did a drive by on my way home tonight. The spot looks great and will make for a great gym....tons of parking too. I can't wait to see the finished product. Seriously, let me know if you need anything like help building the facility out etc.
