I've had good experiences with Biotest products. I've never used Surge, looking at the nutrient profile it doesn't seem too off. Though you may have to tailor it's usage for your own bodyweight/bodycomp/needs. Some people need more than the serving size they recommend and some people need less.

Personally I make my own PWO stuff. Since September I've been doing 2 scoops of whey + 2 servings of BCAA powder + 2-3 tbsp's of powdered Gatorade. On the off occasion I forget to take my shaker with me I'll just grab some chocolate milk from the store on the way home. I've tried just doing the BCAA's preworkout but this powder is just too awful with water alone. I will NEVER order this brand of BCAA powder again.
