IF and vitamins
Hello
I know people have talked a litle bit about it, but i was wondering if Daily Multivitamins, and other vitamin and mineral capsuels will brake the fast. Since the capsuels are made of something else then just the vitamins/minerals. Or will you get the same benefit if you just wait till your eating windows at the end of the day and take them all then?

Well, I beleive alot of the capsules, if they are packaged that way, are made of cellulose, so plant cell walls, or gelatin. Someone can correct me if im wrong.
Both dont really have calories that you should really be concerened about in the overall picture.
But, why not just take it during your eating window with your meal?
Youre suppose to take vitamins/minerals with food in general, there are some that may absorb better on an empty stomach, like I think calcium was one.

If you're taking a multivitamin/-mineral, you should take it with food, to maximize the synergistic effects (adding food components that increase bioavailability/activity of the isolated nutrients).
Taking them with food will also minimize the potential stomach upset of supplemental minerals like zinc.

What about ZMA, should that be taken with food?

All ZMAs that I have seen suggest being taken with food and/or a calcium supplement.

Huh? ZMA is zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. It's best taken on an EMPTY stomach and AWAY from calcium containing foods/supplements, since calcium competes with magnesium for absorbency. It's written on the bottle.

That goes for all ZMA I've ever used as well.
