A cup of instant French Roast from the machine at work. I thought my soul had died a few weeks ago when the instant Hazelnut actually tasted decent. I was wrong.

Thanks to NYC law, I know that my breakfast was at least 1400 calories.
I'd forgotten that I'm now keping a nutritional log. If I'd remembered that I'd have to document this meal, I probably wouldn't have gotten it.
