This dude deserves props! I saw the link on straight to the bar. I think it was filmed at Woodward West gymnastics camp. Derek Jr has asked to go there but based on current economic conditions and the pricing I don't think he is going to get to go.

I saw that one awhile ago and its pretty amazing. I feel like steven should put together a vid like that of all his cool strength moves  .
Also, the user that posted that video also has a really funny one with all these gymnastic crashes and accidents. I actually laughed out loud for some of them. Good stuff... |

That would be the Cisco. He also filmed some videos for CF a long time ago that's still in their video archive. He also has his own youtube page.
Maybe if you're lucky, Derek Jr will win a raffle for Woodward West like one of my boys did. I didn't make it out there to coach last summer but I think I will this summer.

I saw the video Blair was referring to. Surprised this guy hasn't shown up on the John Gill climbing website with the other one arm chinners.
Derek, you named your son "Derek"? It seems like there's a lot of Derek's around, and yet virtually no one manages to spell the name right... oh well.

Not really from what I know, but he could. Cisco is into climbing, parkour, and doing gymnastics besides coaching gymnastics. Cisco and Roger Harrell worked at the same gym at the time those videos were filmed and Roger submitted those to CF.
Climbing is pretty all body period exercise.
