Steve very interesting site. You are right there is a lot of good information. It takes a ton of guts to share with the world what you are going through when it is that bad.

Grady I now have a new acronym to add to my repertoire. My 2 favorite right now are AKP (A$$ Kicking Potential) and FF (Freaky Factor).

Nice to see FMF getting it's proper due!

I have to say that HSPU's are a nice way to attack pressing. Throw those into a GTG format and you can hammer them anywhere, anytime. I was up to 2 freestanding HSPU's on paralettes and, like Grady mentioned I had a 185 standing press at ~170lbs BW.

I suspect that some coaching from Burgner or Rip would put more wagon wheels on that.
