Default Upside down Tomato Planter - with herb garden!

So I found this in SkyMal while I was traveling: http://www.skymall.com/shopping/deta...?pid=102015486

Too bad I don't have a house, i think those woudl be great in the backyard! More decorative than a bucket and u can grow two things in one spot. Anyone think they can get use out of this thing?

As an aside, this is the only thing i have ever seen in SkyMall and been like "Yes, i can use this"

One of my charter fishing buddies has a greenhouse with 50 of those. He has tomato's coming out the wazoo. He grows tomato's on the bottom, some have peppers on the top, some have lettuce on top. He calls them his salsa and salad gardens.

Apparently they work well. He built his instead of buying them.
