I had a question about the "Planks - front/lateral - 3 x max" workout coach keeps incorporating in is WOD. But anyone can feel free to use this thread for any other Plank questions or topics.
In the above mentioned workout, is that 3 rounds of each, so 9 planks total, or just one round which is 3 planks in total (front, right side, left side)?
I am asking because 9 planks total could be a long work out if you are running about 1 - 2 minutes each plank. Which is the range I am at? I did the workout a couple weeks ago and cut it short after 6 planks for time sake.
