Explosive Training for Bodybuilders
Things I found interesting:

Note that many of the statements above are at complete odds with the "standard" metcon most of us are familiar with. Note the emphasis on bodyweight plyometric movements in what I would consider "sane" rep ranges (10-15reps/set).
