I saw this book/program mentioned on EVFit and was wondering if anyone has read it and if so, whether you recommend it or not?

I liked Tamir's earlier work. Maybe use the wayback machine to find his original programs...Farmer Bars, Snatches, stuff like that.

I like Tamir's book...but the original workouts were better.

I think it is all bodyweight...hindu squats etc. He really wnet for the Matt Furey stuff.
