breakfast
skipped

lunch
small spinach salad w/ turkey, bacon, broccoli, asparagus, celery, alfalfa sprouts
low fat honey dijon dressing

throughout work day
cup of black iced coffee
24 oz water
pot luck feast!
scraps of ham
brownie-sized piece of spinach pie
roast pork or turkey or both (including bone)
scoop of mashed potatoes
a bit of string beans
3 scoops o mac & cheese
3"x3"x2.5" cube of baked ziti

Everything was going good until I ventured onto the 3rd floor and saw all the leftovers.

dinner
big quart (?) sized container filled w/ beef stew (tomatoes, small potatoes, carrots, Brussel sprouts)
pint of grapes
bottle of Vitamin Water (dragonfruit flavor)

~3 wasabi pork dumplings
~4 pieces of fried chicken bites
a little bit of sake

half omelet w/ mushrooms and herbs
home fries
English muffin, buttered
mozzerella stick
3/4 shrimp quesadilla
big order of nachos w/ beans, quacamole, cheese, pico de gallo, Mexican cream (shared)

I think at this point, this has ceased to be a "nutrition" log.

eskimo pie (someone bought this for me)
a few Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips

about 3 medium sized pieces of beef jerky
~ 2 handfuls of grapes

I was hungry today I guess...

This evening:

1.5ish pounds of cooked kale. Just couldn't stop. sooo Gooood. (cooked in bacon and smoked turkey leg fat with chopped scallions salt and pepper, heaven) with copious amounts of olive oil as well, added

Protein drink: 1 cup water 1 cup milk 2tblsp olive oil 70ml powdered egg protein

Protein drink and creatine

lifting, lots of super yoke walking 1 liter water

For some unfathomable reason. 4 bacon double burgers.

1 liter water

Protein drink

bent over rows at home for the hell of it...

4g fish oil and 2g vitamin C


I'm still hungry, but I think I am going to sleep now since I have squats in the morning. I'm ready for them, and about two cups of fresh made quacamole in the fridge to start the fueling proper.

How tall and how heavy are you?
And the bacon double cheeses, homemade or store bought? I'm interested to know how big those were.

Just got back from a week in Maui. I didn't document my eating there and hopefullly I'll get off my ass later to at least log what I've eaten this week.

By conventional logic way too big, , but I can do dead hang pullups on a good day , and working on more.

5' 10": Last weigh-in 350#s

For purely narcissistic reasons; all completely raw, no belt nothing, shorts and a tshirt.
DL: 550x1
(Last sereis final in Oct., not two months "offish" lots of hiking etc to relax started new series in mid Nov)
BS: DE band loaded box squat 12", standard foot width not wide - 580 top 400 bottom +\- 25#s x 3 x 2; just yesterday
OHP:275x3 (last series max)
BP: 365x5 (last series max)
PC: 225x5 (last series max)

Still deciding on this series' programming... Still training more PL than anything but I do OH squats and power cleans too on a weekly basis and strongman based stuff for some GPP, sled pulling etc.

And the burgers I cheated and bought them at Wendy's, no condiments just meat cheese and bun. no fries or soda either, just meat cheese bun lots of water

If anybody's been wondering what happened to my nutrition and workout logging, here's the sitch. My last posts were in late November, early December. Around that time I went on vacation in Maui, where I stopped keeping track of what I was eating and fell behind on my journal entries.

When I came back, I remained lazy with my food documentation. Moreover, only a few short weeks upon returning, I was scheduled to compete in a local CrossFit challenge. I started having doubts about the program I designed for myself and decided to resume following the CF main site WODs. If I was going to be the weak link on my affiliate's team, I didn't want it to be because I went maverick with my programming.

After the competition, for whatever reason, I ended up sticking with the CFHQ WODs. I still recorded my times and notes in the comments sections of my affiliate's blogs, but now that my workouts were no longer deviating much from the main site, I figured there was less need for me to go through the effort of logging here (not sure if that really makes sense though).

However, in accordance to the CrossFit Virtuosity 100 Day Six-Pack Challenge (wfs), I've started documenting my meals and workouts again.
