This might be obvious stuff to veterans of weightlifting, but I found the explanation of basic oly programming in the latest Get Up (
http://danjohn.org/getup.html) to be enlightening.
Duane goes from very simple (lift heavy three times/week in the basic three: SN, C&J, FSQ) all the way to a 5/6 day program.
I've probably read similar stuff before but for some reason this presentation made a lot of sense to me.
It seems to fill the gap between just practicing the technique to get it down and more sophisticated programming like this site.
Highly recommended.
