Default Muscle snatch more than snatch.

I searched and I could not find anything related to the question that I am going to ask. Is it normal to muscle snatch more than one snatches? I can muscle snatch 130 lbs (kg will take a while), but I can only snatch around 95.

I guess you would like to see a video of me snatching, so you can analyze what I am doing wrong. I will work on that video.

But from the information that I have mentioned here, is there anything off the top of your heads that I might be doing wrong?

Thanks for the input.

You're probably doing basically everything wrong if you can muscle snatch more than you can snatch...

Have you read Greg's book?

Maybe you mean you can power snatch more than you can snatch?

I am doing a muscle snatch. I am not using any hip extension.

A muscle snatch uses plenty of hip extension. But no hip flexion to catch the bar. U have me confused with that comment.

I apologize but I may be confusing the terminology between 'extension and flexion.'

Muscle snatch.

I'd say you need some good coaching ASAP.
