Default Size for Weightlifting Belt

I reinjured my lower back today almost a year after I first injured it. I figure, with my long torso, I should probably purchase a weightlifting belt.

My waist size is approximately 29,'' so I'm wondering whether I should get the small or the x-small.

Get the small, that's the one that I have and it fits very well, and I have a 27-28" waist.

Thanks. I ordered the small. Hopefully, I'll be able to use it some time soon. I think this injury will have me rehabbing for at least a couple months though. I guess it takes injured your back 3 times in a year to really take it slow.
