Default Won my MMA fight

Just wanted to share the results of my fight... I used the ME blackbox and some kettlebell training to prepare

i didn't expect to see a shirt on. it's kinda weird cause at my jits club we're so anti-shirtless grappling, yet when i think of mma, i never think of a shirt on.

Solid performance. I think my arms would have been tired after sitting in mount pounding away like that for 90 seconds You played it perfect!

Thanks Derek... I was actually surprised that my arms were not tired after punching away like that..

Very nice, congratulations. Nice transition from standing to ground, and from ground and pound to the arm bar.

Thanks Pete... I was really nervous before the fight especially when I saw my opponent was way bigger than me
