I has wicked solid homemade guacamole last week as part of some excellent homemade fish tacos. Credit is not mine.

Avocado - watermelon salad has been the hit of the year. Mint, lime, touch of rice vinegar is all that's needed.

Half a hass for breakfast yesterday with a NY strip steak, overpriced organic weeds, tomatoes and oil+vinegar.

The other half this morning for breakfast, with more overpriced weeds, ice cream, and a bag of long-forgotten, leftover galbi.

Meal: Lunch

Had a big glob of guacamole to accompany my steak fajitas (it was DIY fajita day at the company cafeteria). The avocados in this batch of guac were puréed beyond recognition, resulting in a disturbingly silky smooth texture. Decent taste, but overall it was a soul-less experience.

My on-again, off-again relationship with avocado continues. Hopefully this time, we can make it work.

Meal: Dinner
A scoop of guacamole in my burrito.

Speaking of burritos, some fine lifting at LBH this weekend

Yuen, I'll have you know that now, every time I look over Kono's book, and get to Pisarenko's famous pull, I now laugh out loud. It's very sad...

Ha. I often wonder if you are saying "Hello!" with the chalk marks!

Meal: Lunch

An over-ripened avocado for dessert.

What's with these fancy-schmancy gyms that don't have doors leading to the locker room? To the woman* who mistakenly walked into the men's locker room, I apologize for my overall paleness.

*Though I had my back turned away from the entrance, it sure sounded like a woman gasping. And yes, I had no pants on.
