Seriously. When they're taking a bunch of rad pictures of them lifting barbells with 5 kg bumpers and tearing shit up with PVC pipe. (look up 2 crossfitters, 1 chalk bucket if you don't get it).. 20 kg would kill their CF WOD times to where they'd have to lie when posting their times to comments. Better scale it back.

Before I opened this thread, just looking at the title made me wish it was a candy bar with Zone-friendly proportions made with Molecular Baking™.

Well now they can take a new picture of themselves for the main page doing a shitty OHS and claim to be elite like a navy seal just like castro himself
