Default High Dose Fish Oil Upcoming Dental Work

I'm currently on 12g of Fish Oil daily as I try to get myself back after becoming a fat a$$.

I have a dental appt on Feb 8th and I know I will have an incision to my gums that day. How should I back off the fish oil?

Excessive bleeding being my worry. Thanks.

Dose up on the Vitamin K and you should be OK.

Is the 12g combined EPA+DHA or 12g pills?

HUGE difference. Most 1g pills only contain about 300mg EPA+DHA which comes out to about 3.6g EPA+DHA which is pretty much nothing to worry about.

I will get in line with the Vit K, thanks.

EPA+DHA liquid at 12G.

Breakout:

~600mg EPA + ~400mg DHA per serving.

12 servings, which is a teaspoon. 1/4 of a cup.

Yeah, might wanna cut that down in half for a little bit.

Although it should help significantly with the healing process.

Here's a bit on where Garrett is talking about correct dosage on vitamin K.
