Funny, I started this thread a long time ago, looking for different ways to train, among other things, my press.
I decided to have the local Strongman guy do my programming for a few months, and everything pressing-related is moving up again. We're doing less overhead pressing, and a good deal of moderate volume/loading through the horizontal plane (benching, incline, and floor presses) as well as HSPUs, some axle pressing, and very little strict pressing.
