Default Mass Gain

What are people's favorites when trying to gain mass while on paleo?

To gain weight simply eat more of everything.

If you're looking for a single paleo food to help you gain weight though I'd go with nuts as they're one of the few really energy dense foods that have no detrimental effect on health when consumed in large amounts.

Paleo with added fat and sugar (we call this 'ice cream') works great.

Lots of Chinese/Japanese Buffets, milk, ice cream, mcdoubles (at least 5), large milkshake seem to work for me. Short term of course along with the rest of your "paleo" schedule

Anything else in the past with quicker "bulk" cycles just made me more fat and miserable.....and slower at hockey....which is not one of my goals....that and trying to diet/cut down after a bulk cycle sucks ass.....

I am totally in agreement with you. I'm cutting down after bulking, and the attempt at fast bulking was just not worth it.

BTW. I'd love to be at the point where I can do this with no regrets:
