You could also probably sit back another 2-3inches at the start
Then when the bar gets mid thigh as your back is extending/pulling up, and you're just about to hit the power position, which for you in this video looks like at the 0:45 mark (except in the video you cut the 1st pull short & start it at knee level, ideally it should be pocket level), at that point drive the living fuch into the ground with your full foot(not toes)+ hamstring+back extension and this will immediately pop the bar up & you'll jump flat footed. like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6apHaPJEWxk
the big misconception in learning power clean is lifting the bar or triple extending, you're really not, just finding the best way to put the bar into the power position and poping the fuch out of it when it gets there.
