I'm a sucker for trying new things and seeing how my body responds. I'll be sure to keep everyone updated.

Variety in your diet is important. Add a litre of yoghurt perhaps. ;-)

Day 1 results:
Mentally and physically tough to get down all the liquids. Raunchy gas near the end of the day as was somewhat expected. Feel great this morning though.

The gas and diarrhea will fade as you drink more milk.
Are you rocking raw milk? There must be some place to get that our near Cortland. Try the Ithaca farmers' market.

Raw milk is illegal in NY. Can't get it commercially.

It can be bought off the farm legally in NY. Source check here.
But we're kind of getting of topic. Epic diarrhea is the goal here, right?

Interesting goal. I'd really like to see this go a full 30 days either way. Just to ensure the integrity of the experiment.

No raw milk, just rockin' the whole milk for now. I have heard of the farmers market in Ithaca, but it seems like it would be a lot of driving to keep up on supply.
@ Alston, I don't really have a specific goal, just wanted to see how my body responds to such a change.
