Just ordered a pair of 24kg and 32kg from performbetter!!!
Derek, is the special you're talking about the free shipping one or just the sales in general? also, i really wish they had some 40kg or 48kg bells as well.

Shipping. Tough to get 36-40kg or higher kbs due to shipping.

I think that Perform better was doing their own colors with the comp bells and then made them conform to international colors. For GS 24 kgs are green, I think. I know the AKC bells are.
The 2x 24 kg PB bells I have are black. 16s are red. 32s are orange. Weird.

i dig the AKC handles as well for long sets, but I don't have my goals set to 10-20 minute sets of C&J. I did, however, buy a pair of 24kg Valery Fedorenko bells a while ago and the handles were smooth as glass for a while, and they were only $200 for the pair, which I thought was good considering the alternative sources. But i guess sweaty palms got the handles all krusty and starting to rust it looks like. Has anyone had issues with this? Do i just sand them down? what can I do to fix and prevent this issue from occurring again?
