Not sure what to even title this?
Ok so I read Mens Health when I am traveling. It really helps to pass the time on the plane. I subscribed to their email tips and this little jewel appeared in my inbox.

I wonder if Alwyn kept the email addresses?

Read down a ways. Good rebuttal of the :low carbs will kill you" nonsense. He has interviewed Seyfriend, whom we have also interviewed and has hit a couple other folks we need to talk to.

He must be a big fan of Heather Mills on "Dancing With the Stars"

Yeah I really like AC's stuff as well. The 1 legged squat article they were referring to was very good.
When I posted the link I was blown away by the "Coregasm"
"The most interesting feedback he received was from women. And it's all based on an aside that he wrote in the intro:
As a trainer, I've witnessed some amazing things in the gym, most of which involved 300-pound powerlifters moving weight equal to that of a small SUV. (There was also the adult-film star I trained who had an orgasm every time she did hanging leg raises, but that's another story.)
[NOTE from Adam: In case you didn't know, the hanging leg raise is a core exercise.]
So far, Alwyn tells me that no less than five women have emailed him about this, saying that they have the exact same "issue." Wow! Talk about motivation to exercise. Hey, maybe we should call it "coregasm training!" (Keep an eye out for the infomercial.)"

MOD,
I was just thinking the same damn thing... I'm going to throw it in to our warm-ups just for shits and giggles from now on!

We only have one squat rack at my gym and everyone uses that for hanging leg raises. I have a hard time working in squats. No wonder!
