Default Spartan Warrior Workout by Dave Randolph.

I thought everyone had got over the whole Spartan thing but it seems like I was wrong -

Spartan Warrior Workout: Get Action Movie Ripped in 30 Days by Dave Randolph (Published August 24, 2010)

Has anyone seen a copy? If so is it any good or is it just another CrossFit/GymJones ripoff?

No. Book Cover sort of thing.

It may be a Cheesy title as was the Gym Jones version and every other fanboy twaddle blog post before that. ...going back to Weider probably. Hell even very legit super sharp guys like Ross E's rely on real bad eye catcher titles..


Never read it but I know Dave Randolph to be a very legit trainer.

The title makes me kinda skeptical too but you never know when you're going to find a decent program hidden beneath all the marketing bullshit.
